This is a short overview of shrimps which have reached German market in the last months. Most often, a selling name is avalaible faster than a scientific name. Though, taxonomy for some of these dwarf shrimps has been done in German already.

Keeping the latin names always in mind is not an easy thing. I did mess up things with my post on my New Bee shrimps (‘Sandhummel’) – sorry for this mistake! A reader, calling himself kerosinone, called my attention on this fault by commenting in a more or less unkindness way.
